The value chain is short and verifiable: agricultural and forestry biomass is pyrolysed on site, the carbon is fixed in the soil, the removal is certified to recognised standards and sold in Europe.

Biochar is one of the few removal technologies that is available at industrial scale today, measurable and stable over centuries.
Verifiable
Every tonne is measured, independently audited and entered in a registry. The removal can therefore be accounted for — no estimates, no offsetting logic.
Useful on site
Biochar improves the water retention and nutrient binding of soils. The climate benefit arises together with an agricultural benefit.
Scalable
Modular plants grow with the available biomass volumes. Sites can be replicated instead of reinventing every project.
